HISTORY IN BRIEF

Werner J. Berger and Associates was established in 1984 as a consulting firm delivering Wilson Learning Corporation (Eden Prairie, Minneapolis) technologies to its clients. Ten (10) years later the organization grew into Strategic Results International (SRI) with a new client slogan, "If your corporate developmental actions are not strategic, don't do them." All planned developmental actions have to become THE way your client company does business, with no exceptions. Billions of dollars are spent on training by North American organizations each year, with minimal return. SRI knows what works and is absolutely committed to making it work for you...and, in fact, they guarantee it! Today, SRI develops and delivers creative solutions in three core business area: Corporate Leadership, Sales and Service.

We Only Do What Works

Through research and experience we have long learned that most of the billions spent on training and development by North American companies each year, provides no, or at best, a fractional return. The reason: Training does not work....by itself. It takes a lot more than a fantastic intervention to transfer cognitive learning into constructive actions or behaviours. "If it's not strategic, don't do it!" We insist on the following:

  • knowing the desired outcome in measurable terms (end goal)
  • clearly identifying and articulating the changes needed to ensure the outcome (behavioural)

We Guarantee Results

Our performance guarantees are very extensive, totally client centred and designed to provide full client protection. They consist of the following:

1. During the intervention: If, while working with you our client, it is decided that what is being offered is inappropriate or ineffective, all consulting fees are refunded, no questions asked

2. After the intervention: If the desired results are not achieved, after the client has applauded the intervention and the implementation commitments have been met, SRI will commit whatever human resources are required to ensure success. No fees, other than expenses, are levied.
